Inspire Education does not, cannot, and will never guarantee a student visa, permanent residency grant, work permit, or university acceptance. Any third-party promise or claim of guaranteed foreign visas is fraudulent and strictly contrary to our corporate code of ethics.

2. Client Obligations & Document Authenticity
The success of your educational admissions and legal visa filings depends upon the absolute accuracy of information provided. By engaging our services, clients and students warrant that:
- Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Documentation: All submitted academic transcripts, degree certificates, scorecards, work experience letters, salary slips, and financial statements are 100% authentic, verifiable, and legally obtained.
- Immediate Termination for Misrepresentation: If any client submits forged, altered, fake, or fraudulent documents, Inspire Education reserves the immediate right to terminate representation without notice, revoke ongoing applications, and forfeit all fees paid. We accept zero legal liability for misrepresentations made by applicants.
- Truthful Visa History Disclosure: Applicants must fully and truthfully disclose all prior foreign visa refusals, deportations, police complaints, criminal records, or medical conditions. Concealing prior visa refusals constitutes grounds for immediate refusal and long-term entry bans by foreign governments.
- Compliance with Deadlines: Clients are solely responsible for providing required documentation, attending biometric slots, undergoing mandatory medical examinations, and paying university application fees prior to stated deadlines.
3. Test Preparation Academy Policies
Students enrolled in our certified test preparation coaching (IELTS Academic/General, PTE Academic/Core, CELPIP, TOEFL iBT, GRE, GMAT Focus, Digital SAT, dMAT) and language courses (French DELF/TEF, German Goethe, Japanese JLPT, Spoken English) agree to the following institutional standards:
- Batch Attendance & Discipline: Students must maintain minimum 80% attendance to maximize learning outcomes and qualify for simulated full-length mock examinations. Mutual respect and decorum must be maintained toward trainers, laboratory coordinators, and fellow students.
- Proprietary Study Materials: All physical study handouts, digital strategy guides, proprietary templates, and software credentials provided by Inspire Education are copyrighted materials intended strictly for enrolled students' personal use. Unauthorized duplication, scanning, or distribution is prohibited.
- Batch Rescheduling & Validity: Requests for batch timings change, leave of absence, or enrollment freezing must be submitted in writing to the academic administrator. Coaching enrollments remain valid for the contracted duration from the date of commencement.
4. Financial Terms, Third-Party Costs & Refunds
Inspire Education maintains transparent, honest accounting principles across all consulting engagements:
- Consulting & Coaching Fees: All service charges, registration dues, and coaching fees are clearly stipulated in client enrollment agreements before commencement. Invoices are issued against verified payment receipts.
- Independent Third-Party Fees: University application fees, foreign tuition deposits, government visa application charges, embassy biometric fees, health surcharges (e.g., UK NHS IHS), credential evaluation fees (WES, ACS), and courier costs are payable directly to the respective institutional bodies or foreign consulates and are non-refundable.
- Refund Guidelines: Consulting and coaching fee refund requests are governed strictly by the written terms of your individual Service Contract. Fees for completed counseling sessions, submitted university applications, and consumed classroom hours are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Force Majeure & Sovereign Policy Alterations
Inspire Education shall not be deemed in breach of agreement or held liable for delays, cancellations, application rejections, or immigration disruptions resulting from:
- Unannounced sovereign policy changes, intake quotas, post-study work visa rule alterations, or financial threshold revisions introduced by foreign governments or embassies.
- Natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts, pandemics, border closures, diplomatic expulsions, or embassy industrial strikes.
- Unexpected server outages, technical glitches, or maintenance shutdowns on sovereign immigration and visa booking portals (e.g., US CEAC/CGI Federal, IRCC Canada, UKVI, DHA ImmiAccount Australia, INZ Online New Zealand, VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, Studielink Netherlands, Campus France, Uni-Assist / APS Germany, GDRFA Dubai, ICP UAE, and ICA Singapore).

7. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, alongside any counseling service agreements entered into with Inspire Education, are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
In the event of any irreconcilable dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our advisory services, the parties submit to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent civil and consumer courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
